Trick or Treat This entry was posted on 10/28/2007 2:04 PM and is filed under uncategorized. Well, it's almost Halloween and Bertha's getting ready for Trick or Treat. I know...she's a little old for that kind of thing...but that never stopped her before. She says that she donates the candy to charity...but I've noticed that she usually puts on a couple of pounds the first week of November...if you know what I mean... Anyway...she asked if I'd like a sneak preview of her costume...and of course I said "YES"...so she ran to her room...changed out of her lime green spandex capris, flamingo pink tube top and pink feathered stilettos and came back dressed in a gray business suit and black loafers... I was a bit taken aback...I had expected something scary...and there's nothing scary about a business suit... Unless you're Bertha, that is! Bertha says that a gray business suit and loafers is about as far from who she is as you can get...and that the scariest thing in life...is to try to someone that you aren't...
